- September 20 and 21, 2011 with Kay Sohl from Portland, Oregon. Kay brings over 30 years of successful experience providing consulting, training, and facilitation for nonprofit organizations, governmental entities, and corporate community engagement programs. Her expertise is wide ranging and respected throughout the Northwest.
- October 4 and 5, 2011 with Carol Bowser from the Seattle, Washington area. An attorney, mediator, workplace conflict expert, and professor, Carol brings a unique approach to address workplace conflict, train employees in conflict resolution skills, evaluate internal conflict resolution processes, and facilitate tangible change within the working environment.
- November 15 and 16, 2011 with Susan Newton from Walla Walla. With over 20 years of experience in helping organizations and people work more effectively, Susan is well known in the Walla Walla Valley. She is a catalyst for creating change by bringing capable people together in a way that creates vision, focus, and action.
